š¢šŖOver the last couple of days and over 100 door knocks later, I thank the Lord for enabling me to pray and minister to people at the U.S. Senate building. š¢šŖš„šRomans 13:1-7 Submission to Governing Authorities Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. For the one in authority is Godās servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are Godās servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are Godās servants, who give their full time to governing. Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor. Let me be transparent with all of you. šÆAt first I was only planning to visit conservative/republican offices because I share similar beliefs and also because I was afraid of being rejected by the other party. But the LORD reminded me to go and knock on every door and offer them prayer and ministry regardless of being accepted or rejected.šš¼šāāļøš„šRevelation 3:20-21 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne For starters, I'm so happy that I obeyed the LORD because I was able to speak life, encouragement and blessings to others who really needed it especially under a very difficult and stressful political climate. Many staffers from both parties kept getting harassed by constituents via the phone and the toll on them broke my heart. š„šProverbs 18:21 states, The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. You should of heard the beautiful prayer requests from many of these young staffers: -prayer for their staff's health or personal health -prayer for compassion -prayer for patience, direction, clarity and grace -prayer to lead their home state with godly legislations -prayer for safe travels during their staffs' retreats -prayer for their senators' guidance and leadership -prayer for peace for America and the world -prayer for a hedge of protection in Jesus name -prayer for a job opportunity -prayer against witchcraft, the spirits of fear and the powers of darkness in Jesus name -prayer to be hungry for God and to walk in their callings -prayer for a safe and prosperous transition in Jesus name Republican or Democrat they ALL needed the gospel and they ALL needed prayer in the name of Jesus. Since my visit to Dc, I asked God for divine appointments and I've been blessed to pray/minister with influencers, cab drivers, housekeeping, Capitol police, Congolese citizens, high school kids, interns, etc. š„šMatthew 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. I share this with all of you because it's time for all of us to get in the Father's business everywhere we go, whether it's at work, school, etc 24/7. We are meant to be the light of the world and the salt of the earth and now more than ever, let us have the heart and spirit of Christ to do what he has called us to do. No ifs, ands or buts! šš¼I praise the LORD for allowing me to minister and pray inside the DEMOCRATIC offices of: Sanders, Booker, Sinema, Schumer, Cardin, Blumenthal, Hirono, Shaheen, Udall, Cantwell and Manchin. šš¼I praise the LORD for allowing me to minister and pray inside the REPUBLICAN offices of Romney, Isaacson, McSally, Rubio, Cornyn, Cruz, Blackburn,etc ALL THE GLORY GOES TO YOU LORD JESUS! HAVE YOUR WAY AND MOVE MIGHTILY šš¼š„šš¼ The offices marked with "šš¼šŖ" means they either turned down prayer or didn't need it. The offices marked with "šš¼" means they needed prayer and the LORD moved powerfully. Please pray for our President, our politicians, their staff members, Congressional candidates, military, prayer warriors, truth tellers, the lost and the broken in the name of Christ. PRAY FOR ALL PEOPLE SO THEY CAN HAVE AN ENCOUNTER WITH JESUS AND SO THEY CAN LEARN THE TRUTH BY ABIDING IN HIS BIBLE. Lord we take authority and power that you haven given us in the name of Jesus to uproot, tear down the demonic strongholds and principalities of darkness off America and your nation's capital. We declare peace over every storm that is trying to come against the White House, the Supreme Court and Congress in Jesus name. We declare this nation to be under your lordship where truth, freedom, righteousness, justice and our Judeo-Christian faith will rule and reign over this land once again in Jesus name, I pray.
